Pipe application scope: the pipe is widely used in food, cosmetics
and household products packaging, such as: mustard outer packaging,
cosmetic outer packaging, toothpaste outer packaging, etc.
Features of the production line:
1. The mold adopts spiral runner design, with uniform distribution
of each layer and no fusion line.
2.The extruders are driven by servo motors with precise control and
stable material output.
3. Cooling water circuit adopts internal and external
self-circulation, independent of each other, preventing water from
being polluted.
4. The traction cutting is driven by servo motor, and controlled
accurately, to ensure that the cut product incision is flat and the
length is consistent.
The PE tubes are extruded tubes made of polyethylene, which can be
printed 360 °. The barrier properties are low and are made from a
mono material. These tubes are easy to recycle. The mono-layer
plastic tubes are suitable for products that do not have any
specific requirements in terms of barriers.

Q1: What is the guarantee of the machine?
A1: The guarantee period of our machine is 12 months after the
machine is installed well in buyer's factory;
Q2: What package do you use for the machine?
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered
with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto
wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into
container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use
drying agent to keep container inside dry.
Q3: Do you have instruction manual to guide us if i buy the
machine?
A3: Yes, we supply detailed user manual for your reference. PLS
