1. Double-shaft pay-off stand: one set
a. Adjust tension automatically

b. New designed screw is of BM screw. It is made of high quality nitride steel-38CrMoAIA, The surface of the screw receives the rigid treatments and gets rigid chrome plated. It features large output and excellent plasticizing, and the luster of the wire surface is good.
c. The barrels are all made of high quality nitride steel-38CrMoAIA and are nitration austerely according to NATIONAL STANDARD, the barrel inside surface gets grinded precisely, the harshness of the inside surface of the barrel is R2 ~R 3 degree higher than that of the peak surface of the screw.
